This policy applies to all products sold in our store.
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is defective upon delivery.
(All conditions must be met) Packaging shows obvious and severe swelling, damage, or spoilage upon receipt; contact our customer service within 7 working days with complete evidence (see “Requirements”); product and packaging must be retained until verification is complete.
Must provide clear photos of the shipping carton, product packaging, and the product itself; all photos must include the shipping label without alterations; blurry, cropped, or duplicate photos will not be accepted.
Minor dents or creases in packaging caused during shipping that do not affect product safety are not considered defects; shortened shelf life due to weather or delivery delays is not a valid reason for return/replacement.
Buyers are responsible for checking goods immediately upon receipt and taking photos as proof; failure to inspect and report within the stated timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the goods in good condition.
Once verified, a replacement of the same product will be arranged within 7 working days (no cash refund); each replacement request can only be made once.
Incorrect purchase, change of mind, taste preference; damage or spoilage caused by improper storage; incomplete evidence, late requests, or failure to meet conditions.
